    Why we are matchmaking with players who i have blocked ? Why Is this function not working ? Why there is no news about anticheats on the Xbox, why not actions taken against players with poor internet connection ?

    Blocking someone only lessens the chance of being matched with them in a game online,it does not mean you will never be matched with them.

    It's down to the devs to address how to deal with people with poor connections.Some games wont let you connect if your connection is not good enough while others punish them with temp suspensions if they keep disconnecting.

    Unfortunately in almost all MMO games blocking does not prevent blocked players from being in the same game as you because it absolutely destroys matchmaking.

    Does " Blocking " someone prevent you from being randomly teamed up with them?

    Don't know about Destiny, but I blocked a player on Gears of War Judgement and on several occasions got teamed up with him on matchmaking!
