    I've been having troubles auto-signing in to xbox live, I often have to do a test and then sign in manually. Even after signing in, i randomly get disconnected out of matches on NHL 14 even though my internet has no issues and I continue to use my pc with
    no problems.

    I have tried virtually every troubleshooting step such as upgrading router firmware, port forwarding, DMZ, resetting modem/router, deleting/downloading XBL profile, deleting the game from hard drive, clearing cache, replacing ethernet cable, bypassing the
    router, feels like i've done everything!

    When I test my connection, i'm notified everything is A-OK but that clearly is not true. I am starting to get desperate with this issue as I cannot enjoy my free time anymore.

    I have just bought an xbox360 for my 8 year old son. I am trying to connect to xbox live but at very end of log in steps is says xbox live not available at this time. The Test Xbox live connection works fine, so wireless is working. It does have a Matchmaking
    service alert. Is this the problem?

    This could be the issue. Have you tried a wired connection?

    I am having this issue, if it was maintanence. Why'd it take a year?. I been getting repeatedly signed out of xbox live. I reset my router and xbox, unplugging etc. Still the service alert is there. Giving a solution would be helpfull. Really annoyed with
    microsoft.

    Hi there, Legend. Could you please state the exact message you're receiving and any error codes attached to the message. Have you tried resetting your router at home?
