    Matchmaking and connection troubles


    My xbox has been dc from matches and it's not my internet my brother can play fine with 3 other people on the internet. my xbox has also been logging me off randomly and its gotten to be a pain anyone who can help would be appreciated.

    The games that dc that ive tried include

    Titan fall 2

    Halo 5

    Games that lag when in mp

    No mans sky

    ever since the update my xbox has trouble staying connected to live

    I had no trouble connecting to the internet before the update. Now that I have downloaded it I always lag out of parties and soon after I loose connection to live for a few minutes. Once I log back in and join a party I loose connection again. The strange
    part is that I have no trouble with my connection so long as I don't join parties or do matchmaking. Please help

    I agree with Miss Kleo you need more Bandwidth. Thank you for the all the information you did share, as your upload speed is .27 which is not bad for other games but COD games require constant upload and download from all players in the match so they
    can communicate to each other and play together. At slower speeds it will bring the match qaulity down. I would diffidently look into getting more bandwidth as it would increase your search speed and improve your match performance.

    Hey VahnDJ! Thank you for the very thorough post! Regarding the speeds, can you please check with your ISP to see if you can get that upload speed raised a bit. Also, please check out this guide for increasing your speeds (support.xbox.com/.../performance).
    This might help your connection to LIVE matchmaking! Let us know :)
