Mastercard xbox live/1 month free game pass promotion.

I never received my free one month subscription to xbox game pass for taking part in a promotion I saw on the xbox one dashboard. This is the 2nd post I've made on this forum due to my first being locked before the representative heard all the details. I
made the purchase on February 23rd and am yet to receive my code when the promotion said within 2 weeks. I've attached pictures of the promotion as they were asked for last time and I want to get this taken care of in a timely manner due to already waiting
well over a month.

I participated in the promotion to purchase one year xbox live subscription with a mastercard and receive one month xbox game pass for free and never received my code.

Fortnite is free on Xbox.

Unless you are referring to needing to have Xbox Live Gold in order to play it, which Gold does have a cost and is needed to play online multiplayer.

There is currently a promotion going on for 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate for $1 which will grant you access to 100+ games for free including Fortnite!
