    master chief matchmaking issues


    during matchmaking for 'the master chief collection, my friend, his son, and myself kept getting sent back to the main menu, over and over again. none of us hit any buttons to back out of matchmaking, it just happened on its own.
    eventually, we were banned for 30 minutes from playing. after the 30 minutes ended, we tried again, but the same problem ket occurring, and we were eventually banned from playing for an hour, which caused us to give up, and stop playing altogether. we were
    playing on an xbox one console. any help/information you could offer would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

    This isn't an internet issue though but one of poor matchmaking set-up for the Master Chief Collection.
