    I purchased a digital code for Master chief collection and entered the code onto my system it said I owned the product, but wasn't available for install on my system. I logged online in my order history and it shows under my user as well, but its still
    not available for installation. Also, I confirmed I'm logged into correct account on my system

    Please help. I tried xbox support chats and got nothing as well as the phone queue which appears to be disabled. Just want what I paid for...

    Game not showing after download

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
