    Hey Guys,

    Still havent been able to play a matchmaking game since launch.

    NAT is moderate and cannot be changed.

    Australian with an American Xbox one in japan. all other games work fine as does all the halo games on my xbox360

    Who do i contact to actually get a response from someone? No help or direct contact details on waypoint (also buggy)

    Master Chief Collection

    I still struggle to get in games and my NAT is open.

    The game is totally broken.

    They have had updates which improved the situation but the game is still far from fixed.

    Just got to wait for 343 industries to pull their fingers out and fix it but I fear that by time they do fix it there will be no one left playing.

    Your problem is likely a combination of bad servers and the fact that not enough people on your side of the world can be bothered playing anymore meaning it's hard for you to get into games.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.
