    Master Chief Collection won't install. Installation Stopped. Error code 0x80070001


    I know there are countless other posts for this, but its ridiculous Microsoft hasn't responded to any of them and this continues to be an issue.

    I've tried everything they outline in their 0% install failed (disconnection, clearing cache, etc...) There is plenty of space and the disc is unused/brand new so it is completely spotless and unscathed. Is there anything else that worked for anyone?

    Trying to install Batman return to Arkham but says installation stopped errorcode 0x80070001

    bought Batman Return to arkham yesterday and one disc won't install. Arkham City installed fine but Arkham Asylum disc keeps saying installation stopped and error code 0x80070001

    Can not download anything on gamepass.

    I am having the same issue and the same 0x00000001 error code. I have tried Installing both Conan Exiles and Halo Master Chief Collection

    HALO Reach - Doesn't see the game as installed

    It's a part of the Master Chief Collection, as an add-on, so you'll need to install the Master Chief Collection and access it from there. It's not a stand-alone title.

    Did you install via the Windows 10 Store or Steam or for Xbox?

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    Halo reach it's a complement for the master chief collection game, it won't give you a option to where to install, will be installed on the game installation path only, in this case Halo MCC game

    Full games like Sea of thieves will give the option because it's a game not a complement
