Master Chief Collection issues (PC, Windows 10, bought from Windows store)

It's a part of the Master Chief Collection, as an add-on, so you'll need to install the Master Chief Collection and access it from there. It's not a stand-alone title.

Did you install via the Windows 10 Store or Steam or for Xbox?

Go to Start > Type Services > Open it. Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

Then, open the Anti-cheat executable file. It should show you a button to "Repair Services". Click on it and wait until it finishes. Restart your computer and try to run Halo MCC again.

• Workaround: In order to install this game or any game from the Microsoft Store App, you will need to ensure your Windows 10 device is on a 1903 OS build or greater. The easiest way to ensure your PC is ready to go for this game and any
  other game that comes to Game Pass for PC is to install the Xbox (Beta) App with the steps posted here. This will force the PC to install
  an OS version that can run all Game Pass for PC games and allow users to easily find them inside the Xbox (Beta) App.
  
• Known Issue: Users experiencing various audio issues when playing on PC.
• Workaround: There are a few known issues for audio on PC and workarounds for those issues are
