Master Chief Collection dropping percentage.

I've been downloading this game for 2 weeks now, wasted just short of 200Gb and the game installs no more than 50ish percent before it drops down to 31% again.

I'm sick of it now, how do I go about getting a refund?

Yeah I'm having the same issue! I'm playing Halo Master Chief Collection and loads of them aren't unlocking, and they're also not getting any further percentage wise like they should.

Hopefully they release November update before MCC comes out. I only pre ordered it so I could download and play it right away. Everyday I download about 7% got to 50% today and reset back to 31%. It's probably done this almost once every one to two days.
Tried everything including leaving my xbox on since everytime I try to install it in sleep mode it resets right away. Xbox has been on for about two weeks now.

 

I've been trying for days now to download this, I've used up 100s of gigs worth of data and it still keeps getting reset to 31%. If it doesn't download by tomorrow I guess I will try to get a refund.

Seriously, is it possible to get a refund?

Since its obviously not a problem on the customer side but on Microsofts side it should be posiible...

 

I'm having this problem too. I'm trying to contact support but 45min waiting queue.

MY problem is that my download speed is only 220kbs. SO unless it's fixed soon I won't even have enough time to download the game b4 release night.

 

So, after 1hour of gruelling troubleshooting with support, I'm back at 0% download due to him telling me to cancel my download and go through troubleshooting process. This didn't work (as I told him it wouldn't before doing it).

He said he would pass the problem on to the engineers since it appears to be a problem on their side and I insisted that he involves a link to this thread in the report so the engineers can post a fix here.

what abour halo!!

 

I'm in the same boat as all you guys. I have not been able to finish my download, and if there is one little hiccup, the thing resets, it's really frustrating. I heard that the same thing happened to call of duty and it got fixed, why can't they do the same
for halo? I heard the November update fixes the issue, but one would need an invitation. So if anyone could please invite me to the preview program for the updates, my gamer tag is , I would really appreciate it. I just want to play halo on day
one, not day two or three

 

So guys, a bit of clarification on this matter. Apparently it's only happening to people with relatively slow internet connections. It's not happening to everybody. Microsoft fixed it in the November update, which will be shipping SOON. The usual troubleshooting
will NOT fix this problem (tweaking with ALL account settings and ALL internet DNS/ Etc settings. Resetting router settings does not work.

I can only advise that if by the 8th MS still haven't released the November update that we/you download it at a friends/family members house whom has faster internet and can do it in 1 sitting, interrupted.

I repeat, I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING MS IN ALL FORMS, TROUBLESHOOTING DOES NOT FIX THIS.

 

What do you consider a slow internet connection, WingsofHalo?

I have 6 mb/s constantly and it still doesnt work. Dont have problems downloading other games, or on other systems / PC.

 

well, seemingly its around that (4mbps and lower) speed and below K1ss Of De4th, but then again that's just pure speculation. I have monitored many threads like this searching for a fix and found that whilst there is some people with high speed internet
having this problem, the majority with the problem DO have low-speed internet.
