    Massive problems with the Xbox one marketplace


    So here's the deal, came on xbox.com on my laptop and added a credit card attached to my account via email and whatever. Then I go to xbox live to purchace something that is free (Eg:Evolve open beta) and the credit card I've listed isn't there as a payment
    option so i have to add it again, this time when I add the credit card on the xbox one as it prompts me for "what state/province" and then there's a scroll down list of states with absolutely no provinces listed to match with my postal code... seeing as i
    live in Canada and my postal code is verifying my credit card i can't make any purchases if there isn't a *** province to pick from. I've checked all my information from xboxlive.com and it's all correct stating I live in Ontario and i have the right address
    and all, but none of it is brought over to the xbox when making a purchase. This is really frustrating me how it's asking for my "state/province" and doesn't list any provinces when my account and everything is from canada.

    End of Xbone?

    First Xbox they said will completely fail, look how that turned out! Xbox 360 has MASSIVE hardware problems yet we all play it still... the Xbox One will not fail - sure I've some issues with it but there's plenty to be intrigued about.

    Hey there, scrued! I'm very sorry to see that you were being asked for a card yesterday while trying to download the Evolve beta! I've been seeing some reports that this isn't happening any more, and wanted to check in with you to see if you are all set
    now. Please do let me know if you are still running into issues with it asking for a credit card for you! We want to make sure this is no longer happening for our users. Massive problems with the Xbox one marketplace :)

    If the reset password option is not working for you, the next step will be to submit the
    Account recovery form.
    When filling that out, provide as much info as possible.
