    Massive problems with the backward compatible


    Since yesterday I own the Xbox one Immediately I wanted to play fable but then came the error message 0x80070002 I've been researching all the time tried everything from DNS and vpn to factory reset.
    So far I have not found a solution it seems to affect especially people from Germany. I feel abandoned by support Please microsoft gets it up and running.

    Sry for that Bad english

    Same problem here, every Xbox 360 title from Game Pass or even Xbox 360 titles I own from the store give the 0x80070002 error message. I am also from Europe and got my Xbox One (S) new yesterday including the latest updates. When I look around on internet
    I also see many more people that are having the same issue. So it's certainly not an issue with a game just not being on the compatibilitiy list. All regular Xbox One games work without problems by the way.

    Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
    Step 3: Select Xbox One, then "View Other Options"
    Step 4: Select your problem
    Select - "Show contact options"
    Select - Request Support Call
