    I have 2 controllers, niether work properly after the new update. The deadzone on my controllers is gone, my characters are thus always moving. Buttons randomly stop working. One headset stopped working because of controller issues. It had to be replaced.
    Controllers don't always sync up to my xbox either. I have an external hard drive that doesn't always sync up after hthe new update and has actually stopped working at times because it doesn't know what to do. The Kinect only understands changing the volume.
    I cannot sign in/out, turn xbox on/off, change apps, go home or anything else. My new headset is already having issues. My Xbox will turn on but may not actually load. Instead it may just go black screen and shut back off automatically. Of course the User
    Interface only works when it wants to and requires frequent hard resets of the xbox to work properly. I think that is all of it but I may add more later if I realize I haven't gotten it all in.

    Problem list:

    2 *** up controllers

    1 replaced headset

    1 new headset going bad already (Less than 2 weeks old)

    1 external HD kind of working

    1 Kinect that only works when changing the volumn

    1 partially working user interface

    1 Xbox that my or may not load the OS successfully

    Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

    So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

    Insanely good fun and I hated the first 2 massive amounts of zombies and no fps issues, superb.

    However, before that, I appreciate it if you can clarify what do you mean by repair and resets?
    Did you try that for the gaming services and the Xbox app, or is Windows included?

    Additionally, are you running Windows 10 or 11? And is your PC enrolled in the Windows insider program?
