Massive issues with xbox gamertag change

Hi all,

unfortunately i earlier had two Xbox/Microsoft accounts with the same "Contexys".

One of them was named "Contexys" and the other one "Contexys#7503".

To change my name, i used the free gamertag change on "Contexys" to make the gametag "Contexys" available (about 4 months ago).

Now i want to change my gamerttag on my main account "Contexys#7503" to "Contexys" to get rid of the numbers.

The problem now is that Xbox keeps telling me that im already named "Contexys" whats partly true.

I contacted the Xbox support about 4 times to help me with my issues but no one ever could help me.

In addtiton the effort to explain whats my problem is huge.

Please help me with my issue, i really want to get rid of these numbers behind my name.

Yeah they exploit the customers and make me spent 10€ for one free namechange great...

Then they should change my name and remove my free namechange....

Because they're not set up to do that and people would exploit that system.

But then i lose my free gamertag change. And have to pay 10€ for only one required change.

Why cant just an employee resets my gamertag to something random like the frist time you register.

Then i just change my name to "Contexys"

You would have to change your tag to something different to completely remove it from the servers and then change it back. As it states, you already have the tag so you can't just change it to the same thing to remove the suffix.
