1. Massive Framerate Drop

I have yet to experience this in another game, but the other day playing BF4 on the Hainan Resort maps, I was in the main lobby of the hotel

    when the building was collapsing.

As this was happening and a few other explosions were going off, the framerate just went to ***.

I mean as low as 5fps. I thought the XBOX ONE was about to crash.

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    :)

  2. Every game i play seems to lag
TV's don't cause framerate drops.
T.V picture enhancements can cause picture delay ,as i said.

I did not say the cause framerate drop.

  3. Lag switch or something new?

Could be a framerate drop, bad host or maybe your own connection.

You should play watch_dogs that can run in glourious 0.5FPS and crash your Xbox. Although to be fair BF4 used to crash my Xbox every hour or so... anyway on topic, that is a specific bug for Hainan Resort where after the levolution event the entire server
locks up, DICE were told about it 6 months ago so it 'might' get fixed.

Seems to happen on a couple of maps. When leveolution happens and you're lucky enough to be near it, you'll see some insane frame rate drop for several seconds then everything returns to normal. At least it does for me anyway. When this happens, I just go
prone and ride it out until it's done. Sucks, but I can work around it.

  6. There could be a problem with the servers of the game. The time when FR goes extremely down is when many buildings go down or lots of chaos is happening. Don't worry it happens.

I personally dont think it is. Myself and flat mate (separate Xbox Ones) both only get issues on low signal servers. In campaign at the heaviest moments (even prolonged) its smooth sailing. Same online on good signal servers..

Please note: by bad signal i mean 1 or two bars... Only picked via quick match when I am too lazy to search or when i am looking for new servers to make favourites

Only after the recent patch has this happend to me. Hainan Resort map and as you said, when the hotel is destroyed the framerate drops to about 1-3fps for me. I was playing with a friend on the same server and in party chat we both confirmed that it wasn't
just me that was experiencing this bug.

Developpers are trying to fix the poblem. Currently some players (like me), are testing on the CTE some soluces.

More information will probably appear with the next update.
