    Before I reinstalled windows 10 I got stable fps(upto 60 fps) on all games at low settings but after reinstallation of windows 10 and downloading the SAME latest NVidia drivers, my games ran at horrible fps like 10fps that too with stutters.

    Earlier I had no custom settings in NVidia panel, just the "let 3d application decide" selected and every game ran smoothly without any issue without setting up any other setting.

    After reinstallation and setting up NVidia driver, my games were having 10-20 fps max that too with stutters. I had to go into "advanced 3d settings" and set up limit fps to 30 fps for global. Only then was i able to get around normal fps but the stutter issue still persists.

    Now I have set it to "let 3d application decide" now fps has increased somewhat but does not reach the max fps I set in games setting and stutter issue remains.

    This has occurred several times in the last few years and only happens after reinstallation........it gets fixed only after I go to the computer repair shop and ask them to reinstall windows 10.

    I want as permanent solution (like setup tutorial) and wish to understand the problem as its definitely not a hardware issue nor Nvidia driver issue but is windows 10 linked. I want to make it so that it works

    Thank you for the information, i also experience this problem on black ops 4 when playing blackout could this still be a game related issue?

    This may well be a game related issue, if you aren't seeing it on any other games. You can download the Xbox Insider Hub app (you do not need to sign up to the preview program) and at the point where this happens, file a report, allowing video and screen
    shot captures to be attached. This will send the relevant data to the team, who can then pass it on to the game developer.

    Considering that tv and movies run at 24 FPS and you don't see any stuttering, how can you see stuttering at 30 FPS when it is faster? I suspect your system is suffering from frame rate drops and is actually running at less than 24 FPS.
