Massive disappointment, my kids very upset

So bought the xbox one seeing is supported all the xbox 360 console games, digi download and disk.

Not a single one of the 360 disks that have been 'verified' as back compatible have actually worked. keeps giving me a error message and check list for compatible games. I have already done that.

Is there a way to fix this? I can only assume I will not be able to ask Microsoft directly as they are a bunch of time wasters.

I am also very tech savi and can see this is just lazy programming/engineering with 0 customer support.

Games listed as supported

Halo Reach (doesn't work)

Plants versus zombies (doesn't work)

Gears of war (does not work)

And also xbox layout is very confusing. Snapp add ons also fail to work/initiate properly.

It only happens after completing a certain percentage of the game, like after 50%. Before that the game works fine. My kids are also very upset

Very Upset

I have own Microsoft BINGO for a long time,and have not had a lot of issues until the last four days or so. I have not been able to watch the two videos so I can claim the extra tickets and the extra coins. When I click to watch ,the videos will redirect
and will seem to start but will not play . Then a error will pop up telling me that the purchase has been canceled . Why is this happening?????????

You need to download the patch for every disk game

This is not a good sequel. It does not have local multiplayer, which was very fun with the original Peggle because my kids would play together, and it only has half the characters.

How exactly does a sequel take features away and get high praises? Very disappointed.

I'll also mention that there are bugs. It has massive overscan issues, which isn't just me because IGN reported experiencing the same, it could not connect to a regular multiplayer game (kept failing), and crashed back to the desktop.

Same issue. Can not update, network is fine, tried hard wired as well not luck geeeze. my son is upset but got busy on some of the other gifts. Very disappointing. humbug to MicroSoft.

Well it is indeed only 8 players online. Massive false advertising!!!! I posted my review in the other "review" threads but yes overall this game is VERY disappointing. I would only recommend it as a rental.
