Massive bug at the windmill in the earthen area in Dark souls 2.

I've burned the windmill and it's stopped moving but all the gears on the inside are still moving so none of the poison is draining, and i can't re-burn the windmill. Saving and quitting isn't fixing anything either, and it's looking like I'll have to start
the game completely over. Can anyone help?

Witcher 3 - Won't Launch, kicks to dashboard

New development: minor bug regarding Witcher 3 tile on dashboard. No matter what game I play, Dark Souls 2 is in the central tile location. Seems the Witcher 3 tile is topping Dark Souls from effectively moving down the queue.

That really sucks but you won't have to restart the entire game. It is possible to beat the boss without draining the poison.

As for the issue, you'd be best to try and contact From Software about it.

Like Lactos292 said, you can beat the boss with the poison in the room. Try using fire. In particular, fire swath, and/or firestorm. I managed a 2HKO with my 40+ INT build on my first playthru, and I was waist deep in poison.

One way to keep the poison at bay is to pop a mid-size lifegem just before going through the door. It's a time release, so even when the poison kicks in, it will keep your health from draining. Pop another when it runs out.

Guessing the issue's been fixed in one of the recent patches.

But if anyone's fighting Mytha without burning the windmill for some reason, and they're having trouble with her poison, there's an NPC who first appears in No-man's Wharf—and later in Harvest Valley if you've talked to them before—who sells a good amount
of Poison Moss to cure it.

Aside from that, if you're human, there's an NPC summon right before the hallway that leads to the fog wall. He loves you and you should summon him for maximum rekage.
