I have tried and it didn't get me anywhere.

The messaging system on Xbox One is imperfect and not exactly meant for many, or lengthy, conversations. You may want to try deleting some, clearing all the old, or simply using voice chat.

I been trying to send massages to other ppl on my Xbox and it doesn't send them out. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Maybe you're trying too complex massages like Hot Stone, Lomilomi massages or Shiatsu massages. Try more simpler massages like a back rub, or a neck massage and see if that works.

If you don't have any enforcement related communications suspensions (check at
https://enforcement.xbox.com), you should try to start the Skype application on your PC.

Xbox seems to use Skype for their messaging backend, and Skype requires you to confirm your email address. If you are using a third party email address as your Microsoft Account (like Gmail, Yahoo or any other email provider besides Outlook.com, Live.com
or Hotmail), you might have to confirm that email first.

Skype should be able to tell you why your messaging isn't working.

Then, if you are able to use Skype, try messaging on the Xbox again.

Pardon? That is untrue, I constantly message my friends and use long messages. The issue here will most likely be down to account settings restricting messaging.
