    Massages won't show or send on Xbox.com in browser.


    So, I can't view messages or send them via players profiles in my browser. Pressing messages reveals the screen but its grayed out w loading icon spinning and no message conversations are showed. Using Safari on OS X Sierra, have tried Chrome with same result.
    I also have Silverlight 5 installed.

    HELP!! I can't see my friend!

    I agree with the XBOX staff on this. Only way u know your friend online if he or she send a massage to you when his or her profile says offline. This will help to know when a friend send a message from there WP. Or on XBOX.com

    Why i can't send massages?

    when i try to send massages on my xbox, it says "massage failed to sent". what can i do to fix it?

    Cant send massages

    First be sure you do not have a communications suspension over at enforcement.xbox.com

    Then try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-adding the account.
