Mass Effect Purchase Not Registered

Hi,

I purchased the Mass Effect Super Deluxe Edition approx. 5mins after midnight on the day of release but the 4% MyVIP Star Rank doesn't seem to have been applied to my account.

I wasn't going for the pre-order punch card so I specifically purchased the game AFTER release as I know that pre-orders aren't covered by the MyVIP Star Rank.

Please can this be looked into? If it helps, the order number is: 2048708733.

long time rewards member, no credits yet

I have been a Live Rewards member for a while however, none of my purchases or achievements have registered any points. For example, I have pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda but my balance is still zero. None of my past purchases have registered either.

 

Why isn't both mass effect 2 and 3 the digital maketplace?

not only did Microsoft mass the first mass effect digital but they also went back and made blue dragon and lost odyssey digital as well and those are are much older than mass effect. What I think Microsoft should do is start making all of your 360 titles
be available for digital purchase

Purchases that go towards offers do not also award payback. Since your purchase went towards the Simply Rewarding offer, it did not also award payback. Furthermore, it would be too soon to see payback for purchases in March. From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated March MyVIP, so it would be too early to see the Credits pending.
