Mass Effect: Previously Purchased DLC Disappeared

Installed/started playing Mass Effect (have the Platinum disc that comes with DLC: Bring Down the Sky) on Friday. This morning when I tried to resume my gameplay, I got an error that Bring Down the Sky was not present and I could not load my save. Tried re-installing
the game, that DLC didn't even show up when I reinstalled. Cannot access my campaign at all because of that DLC disappearing.

DLC Not Useable by Family members?

After downloading several content packages for various games under my gamertag, specifically Mass Effect 2, I purchased a Family Gold pack. However, when another member logs in to play Mass Effect 2, they are being prompted to repurchase the DLC. Do I
need to repurchase the DLC under their gamertag?

 

Transfer ME2 profile with DLC?

I started playing Mass Effect 2 on my uncle's Xbox, and he purchased all the DLC on his profile. My profile doesn't have the DLC purchased. Would it be possible to transfer the save and the DLC to my Xbox?

 

See if you can re-download the DLC from within the game menu. On the X1, some of the DLC shows as Bundle Only or doesn't show.

Can also try deleting the console save on the X1 (it should still be on the cloud).

Let's try seeing if the DLC is present on your console.

• On Home, pull the right trigger and open My games & apps.
• Select Games.
• Highlight the game, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
  
• Select Manage game.
• Scroll right, and then select Show all add-ons.

 

I'm having the same issue where I can't load any of my saved games. Before this morning, everything was fine. I own the platinum addition, which includes this DLC, and I've already played it in game. I followed your advice (Otaku Panda cx) and I found
the Bring Down the Sky DLC, but it is bundle only, so it won't let me re-download it (CanaaniteX). Any suggestions?

 

Nevermind, now it's working. CanaaniteX's advise worked the second time around.

 

I'm having a similar issue; when I installed my 360 game onto the XBone the dlc automaticly downloaded at the same time. I turned it on the other day to play and it came up with an error saying missing DLC, I checked that the dlc was still there and it was.
I tried re-installing the game and the DLC didn't pop up this time and when I check on the online store it's part of a bundle and I don't know how to get around that.

Plz help! I have 16 hours of game play I can't access and really don't want to start again, UNI's just gone back
