Mass Effect Platinum Edition / Gears of War Triple pack not working

Discus and support Mass Effect Platinum Edition / Gears of War Triple pack not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; None of the 4 discs work (Mass Effect game + DLC, Gears of War 1 & 2).     Mass Effect Platinum Edition / Gears of War Triple pack not working


    None of the 4 discs work (Mass Effect game + DLC, Gears of War 1 & 2).

    All of them open the Blu-ray player telling me to put them on a Xbox 360 console. All discs work normally on the 360 and have no scratches. LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean works normally on the Xbox One, so the drive is not to blame.

    I already filled the survey and was contacted long ago, but had no news afterwards.

    Any suggestions? I really want to finish Mass Effect on my Xbox One as the 360 is now at my mom's house.

    Inserting some game discs opens Blu-Ray player

    My Gears of War 1 and 2 discs (Triple Pack) and my Mass Effect 1 discs (Platinum Hits) are not working. When I insert them on my Xbox One the Blu-Ray player opens and plays the "Insert into Xbox 360 console" video. All the discs worked fine on my Xbox 360.

    My LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean disc works fine and installed normally, so I know it is not a problem with my drive.

    Xbox support told me to clean Blu-Ray cache, turn off and unplug power for one minute, reset to factory. None of these worked and they are telling me to test the discs on another Xbox One, which I don't have access.

    Any ideas? Thanks

    I have the Platinum Hits version of the first Mass Effect, bought for Bring Down the Sky on the bonus disc, and the EA logo does not appear appear when starting the game, just the one for Microsoft Games Studios.

    Forgive my scepticism but are you sure your copy of Mass Effect starts with an EA logo?

    As a side note both the Platinum Hits and PC version of Mass Effect come with with Bring Down the Sky included for free.

    ea games a joke...family game night removed from online servers as from april this year..

    Another false advevertizment is the gears of war triple pack.witch should be called gears of war double pack with all map packs.

    Good Multiplayer Games

    I will reluctantly throw out there, gears of war 3, and mass effect 3.

    ME3's multiplayer is horde mode but for some reason its kinda fun, probably because of the way you get weapons.

    gears 3 if you haven't played it is really fun in co-op, horde mode and vs isn't too bad. you probably played it already but if not either pick up gears 2 or the gears of war triple pack and try to play them for cheap. the gameplay hasn't changed to much
    since gears 2.

    Dont think that will happen.But sometimes before new games come out publishers release multi- packs containing previous titles in the series.Metal Gear had the HD collection and Gears of War had the triple pack which came with 1& 2 plus all dlc for twenty
    bucks.I seen a Mass Effect pack also for $20. They do this before releasing newer games in order to introduce new players with the hopes they will buy the new game as well.Devil May Cry was the latest one I've seen.
