mass effect kinect help

when I was playing mass effect andrimeda my character went through the ground when I fast travel to that spot so I power cycle my console for 10 seconds then I wait for 30 seconds then I turn on my console but my Kinect sensor would n t turn on so
I unplug my sensor then I plug it back in then my sensor turn on fine and I started my game . my character didn t went through the ground. I not sure why my Kinect turn off . I not sure because of a wall outlet that I know been used in the past. this Kinect
I bought 2 weeks ago. I keep thinking might the wall outlet

:)

Sorry to hear about the Kinect not working properly. Is the Xbox One console plugged into a wall outlet directly or a power strip/surge protector? If it's not plugging into a wall outlet directly, weird issues can happen like this since the console has a
built in surge protector.

yes it directly plug into a wall outlet I'm thinking moving my xbox one to a other spot in the room to see if that wall outlet works

I fixed my problem so far I just needed to move my xbox one s to a another spot in the room where the plug in wall outlet seems to work better.
