    Hello, I have just purchased Mass Effect and I want to run it on my Xboxe One as you are advertising it everywhere it should have

    backwards compatibility     - how can I do that????? I can't install it. Please reply or give me back my money.

    Xbox One Compatibility

    Hi shockelite! Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 are compatible with Xbox One on Backward Compatibility program. When you insert the disc, you can download the feature that will allow the game to run on Xbox One. Check that the console is connected to the Internet
    and retry to install.

    Backwards compatibility will come to the One on Thursday the 12th. Right now there is no way to play it. You must wait.
