Discus and support Mass Effect ENPLES DLC error. Can't load any save! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; well the survey doesnt work any more, and i just encountered this error today, after getting nearly 30 hours into the game. i didnt have the DLC...     well the survey doesnt work any more, and i just encountered this error today, after getting nearly 30 hours into the game. i didnt have the DLC... BUT in the game hub it shows i have the DLC.

    but I cant load any game at all any more! please help!

    Alright first of all how the heck did I get the Bring down the sky dlc, I didn't even purchased it, and now I'm trying to purchase it for one dollar and it won't EVEN LET ME!

    I'm having the same problem.

    Installed mass effect (no dlcs at all) on xbox one and played for a few days. Started up the game one day and it wouldn't load any save games, I only got the same error messages as the OP. I've never had Bring Down the Sky installed, so I don't understand
    why the xbox would think I did. Tried reinstalling the game, didn't help.

    Would really prefer not to have to restart the playthrough, especially since there are no guarantees this won't happen again in mid-playthrough.

    how is there no resolution in this thread after a year?! I am having this issue now same as the others. Insanity that this has not been resolved....

    I am also getting this error message. I don't have any issues opening a new Career, saving or loading. The issue is only with the Career (8 hours) that I was playing last night. When I went to manage the game, it showed the DLC listed. I've uninstalled
    both the game and DLC and am reinstalling from my disk.

    Hi, I fixed this earlier on, you'll need a Xbox 360 for this. Basically all you need to do is upload your profile on the Xbox 360, and then purchase the DLC ( I paid 65p for mine) on the 360, and then go back onto your Xbox One and install the DLC on the
    Xbox one. It's a lot of kerfuffle I know.

    Just to make sure, do you have issues accessing any other Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One by chance? There's currently a known issue with users unable to successfully sign into their account while using Backward Compatibility. I have seen some users receiving
    similar errors in Mass Effect due to this.
