    Why are the DLC prices still so high for Mass Effect 1,2 and 3? These games have been around for quite a while now and it seems like the add-ons should be super cheap or even free.

    will ME2 DLC price ever go down?

    bought all the dlc for mass effect 2 new at full price, well worth every cent. when everything was on sale i bought all the dlc for my brother, shipped him my copy of mass effect 2 and bought another for myself

    if you can wait for a sale there should be one soon but either way mass effect 2 dlc is worth every penny

    Deals for Gold - sale price not working for one of the games DLC add-on

    For Mass Effect 3 all of DLC Game Add-ons are for sale. For Mass Effect 2 all of the DLC Game-Add ons are for sale except "Overlord". "Overlord" still has the regular price attached to it. It was released the same time as "Kasumi - Stolen Memory" and
    the same regular price, but that game is on sale and Overlord isn't. It appears the sale is for all game add-ons for both mass effect 2 and 3, and Overlord is a DLC game add-on for Mass Effect 2.

    Please apply the deal for Gold to Overlord which is 50% off like you have it for the rest of the content.

    Mass Effect DLC Prices

    I personally don't think they are too high. They are also digital as well on the store which doesn't depreciate like games brought from your local game shop

    Even GTA V has a high price (for example), but occasionally there are offers such as

    Deals with Gold     with DLCs and games at lower prices for a limited time.

    EA sets the price for DLC on games it publishes - the Mass Effect series being such a set of games.

    It's not Microsoft you need to complain too.

    While the price of games usually eventually goes down in price you hardly ever see the price of DLC go down in price unless it goes on sale. Maybe wait for a sale?

    Hi! As mentioned it's up to the games publisher (EA) to set prices for their games and DLCs. Beyond that, at least all DLCs for Mass Effect 2 and 3 often go on sale for about 50% so you only have to keep an eye on the weekly Deals with Gold announcements.

    Besides that as a Mass Effect fan, I think the add-ons are totally worth it considering the quality of each DLC.
