    Mass Effect Deluxe Code Issue.


    I redeemed my deluxe package code on my Xbox with no problem. I have been taking the game with me to play at my boyfriend's house on his Xbox. It works fine there but when I take it back home it won't open my save because it says that my game has saved content
    from the deluxe package and the deluxe package is not on my Xbox! How do I fix this?

    I'm trying to redeem a code for Mass Effect Andromeda Deluxe edition and I keep getting the error "FamilySettingsError HOjsTBxaxE++iz49.15.38". I am getting it when I try to redeem the code on both my Xbox and on the Microsoft website. Some help would be

    Sorry to hear it. Please try highlighting the game on the dashboard and press the start button on your controller. Choose Manage Game and see if the deluxe package is installed in your list. If it is not then go to Ready to Install and install it.

    I'm pretty sure that code works through EA's Mass Effect website. Register and go from there. I had to do this with Dragon Age I believe. www.ea.com/mass-effect-2
