    Mass Effect Backwards Compatibility Bug


    I've been experiencing a bug with Mass Effect running on Xbox One where whenever I attempt to decrypt any item the decryption fails almost immediately. I attempted this on my Xbox 360 for comparison and it was definitely different. On the Xbox 360 it gives
    you plenty more time in between the different buttons, on the Xbox One it fails almost instantly. So much so that I have yet been able to decrypt a single item running on the Xbox One.

    New games revealed for Xbox One backwards compatibility including Alan Wake and Fable 2

    Backward compatibility is available in the EU. I'm in the UK and have been playing Mass Effect on the One.

    Human Revolution isn't on the backward compatible list yet.

    Hi shockelite! Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 are compatible with Xbox One on Backward Compatibility program. When you insert the disc, you can download the feature that will allow the game to run on Xbox One. Check that the console is connected to the Internet
    and retry to install.
