    Can you provide more details and information about the issue you're experiencing, specifically what is happening when you try to download the game? Does it stop at a certain percentage? Has anything else successfully downloaded? How is your network

    What happens when you go to My Games and Apps, navigate to the game icon, press the menu button and then Manage game & add-ons? The update should be listed under the Update section.

    Mass effect on Xbox one

    The new mass effect is called mass effect Andromeda, and as you can tell it's set in the Andromeda galaxy, with the look of it grogans make a return but that's all I can tell.
