    So I preordered mass effect andromeda and got the deluxe version from gamestop. I did buy the disc. When I got home from the midnight release, I put the game in and downloaded it. After it had downloaded I decided to input my deluxe edition code and try
    and redeem my items. The code "accepted" from the marketplace and I proceeded to play the game. After i had gotten about 3 or so hours into the game without receiving my items I decided to google if there were any other problems with the game. Anyways I
    figured it was a bug and played through some more of the game. Now I'm about 30 percent through the game. With the new update it says that problems with claiming those items have been fixed but I've never received the items.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try highlighting the game on the dashboard then press the start button? From there choose manage game and go to ready to install to see if that content is waiting for you.

    The new mass effect is called mass effect Andromeda, and as you can tell it's set in the Andromeda galaxy, with the look of it grogans make a return but that's all I can tell.
