Mass Effect Andromeda Stuck at 0% download after crash

So, an incredibly weird situation just happened to me.

I was unable to download EA Play games through Xbox Game Pass PC, so I found a solution online that involved loging in to eahelp.com through my xbox live account. When I did so, howver, the app apparently created me a new account instead of using my regular EA one.

I did not realize that at the time so I started downloading Mass Effect Andromeda normally through the Xbox APP (which rerouts to the EA Desktop app).

Still, my computer crashed randomily while downloading, and after rebooting it, I realized the account problem and relinked my xbox live account to the correct EA account. Now, the XBOX Game Pass app shows Mass Effect Andromeda at 0% download forever. It is stuck, and it stops me from downloading anything else as well.

The EA Desktop App shows my download tab as having nothing at all.

I've tried manually deleting the Andromeda files from the download, rebooting my PC, deslogging and going back on both accounts. Nothing works.

I've paid for the game pass month especially to play some of the EA Play games, and now I can't download anything new! No EA Play games, no Game Pass games! Nothing!

Please help! I have no idea what to do next, as there is no way to cancel the download in the game pass app...
