Mass effect andromeda preorder bonuses

hello I never recieved my preorder bonuses for mass effect andromeda and was told by support to post here about it. Contacted support a few weeks ago and they said to wait 10 days and give it time to receive it. Then contacted support again today and they
directed me here. The were both chat supports.

Q: Are there any perks for EA Access subscribers?

A: Of course! EA access subscribers have a chance to get a whopping 10-hours to get an early taste on March 16th, 2017! When the time comes, open up the EA Access app to get started!



Q: Does Mass Effect: Andromeda support HDR on the Xbox One S?

A: Yes! Those who own the Xbox One S console and an HDR compatible display will get to enjoy the new Mass Effect in that sweet High Dynamic Range goodness.



Q: What is the Andromeda Initiative?

A: The Andromeda Initiative was founded in 2176 and launched in 2185. This multi-species project was created to send scientists, explorers, and colonists out to the Andromeda Galaxy to settle and build a new home.



Each race within the Milky Way Galaxy is tasked with sending 20,000 citizens on a one-way, 600 year-long journey aboard The Ark.

Q: Is there multiplayer in Mass Effect: Andromeda?

Xbox live rewards punchcard

Yes i have preorder 3 games inJustice 2, Mass effect andromeda, and tekken 7. but i did not get a punch for tekken 7 is it not eligible?
