Mass Effect 3 voice over language issue on Backward Compability

I have a digital version of Mass Effect 3. I have tried to play it on Xbox One, but found an issue.

The problem is taht in-game voice is in Italian. It can't change even in the in-game menu (no other langeage couldn't be on selection)

My console region is Japan and console langeage is Japanese. I have bought the digital version in Japan as far as I remember...

I want to play it on Xbox One just like on Xbox 360, I remember the in-game voice was English and Japanese subtitles.

So please fix it...

Mass Effect 3 voice over lines in French!

I've recently bought Mass Effect 3 for XBox360 through the microsoft store, and downloaded it on my xbox360. Booting up the game, everything seemed fine, but as soon as I started, all voice overs were in French. Checking the settings, I can't change the
VO language from French. This shouldn't really be an issue, seeing as the rest of the game is displayed in English, but please help me find a way to change the voice-over language.

No, I haven't bought the game. I wanted to buy it as a first try in the Mass Effect world, because Mass Effect Andromeda is upcoming.

It's the first time I hear that reason. But what I did found was:

That's why I started searching, but untill now I didn't find a reason why I can't buy Mass Effect 3.
