Mass Effect 3 unavailable

Why is Mass Effect 3 unavailable at the moment for the Xbox One?

So maybe it's just a rollout, would make sense as well.

 

Mass Effect 2 & 3 Suddenly Unable to Play

I have had all 3 Mass Effect games for years. I played and beat Mass Effect 2 last week on my xbox one and began Mass Effect 3. I returned from vacation last night to find that my console no longer recognized me as having permission to play the games and
they are both showing as "currently unavailable" in the xbox store. What is going on?

 

Do you own the disc version of the game? OR did you buy it on your xbox 360?

I hear (but I only hear) that they aren't offering the digital version on the xbox one because of the two discs (though you can play the game on one disc)....

 

No, I haven't bought the game. I wanted to buy it as a first try in the Mass Effect world, because Mass Effect Andromeda is upcoming.

It's the first time I hear that reason. But what I did found was:

That's why I started searching, but untill now I didn't find a reason why I can't buy Mass Effect 3.

 

Maybe an answer would be nice....

 

Mass Effect 3 is available on Xbox One. You need to insert the 1st disc and it will install by downloading a digital copy. The disc must be in the Xbox to play.
