Mass effect 3 'not currently available' with disc on backwards compatibility

So I'm having abit of trouble with backwards compatibility for Mass effect 3 on my xbox one. Last night I was installing all the trilogy using my disc collection and although my xbox recognised mass effect and mass effect 2 and downloaded the games perfectly
fine onto my xbox one using the discs, for some reason when I put my mass effect 3 disc into the console and search for the game on the store it says 'not currently available'. Now I know for sure its supposed to be available on backwards compatibility and
its certainly supposed to work with the disc as well so I'm not sure whats going on. The disc itself has hardly been used and has not marks or scratches since it still works in my 360 console. I've also tried using disc 1 and disc 2 but still no joy. Anyone
know why this is happening? Thanks in advance for your help

As you rightly confirmed only Mass Effect 1 is available at the moment for bc games as you can notice by the link here

Why i couldnt buy mass effect 2 from store ?

Mass Effect 2 and 3 are only available to the BC program as a disc version. There is no digital version available for download.

Xbox One Backward Compatibility

I'm sorry to see any issues with installing Mass Effect 3! When you put disc 1 into your console to install the game, does it recognize the game at all on the Home screen? This game is one of those that is only available via disc for back compat unless it's
accessed through EA Access Vault.

The disc reader on the Xbox One is a bit more sensitive than the Xbox 360. Anything minor on the disc could affect how it's reading the disc. If you have another Xbox One console to test the disc out, this will help us determine if it's the console or the
disc that's being finicky.

Let me know if the disc is being recognized, and if you have access to another Xbox One console to test the disc on. I look forward to working with you!
