Mass Effect 3 French voice overs only. Why?

About a month ago I bought Mass Effect 2 & 3 from the xbox live marketplace and I played through and finished the 2nd game with no problems, entirely in English. Then I start the 3rd game and to my surprise, it's voice overs are in French..and I can't
change it(I.e. It's greyed out and locked). There were no warnings or notes on the store page that it would have French voice overs only. Also I've already checked my region and langauge settings just to be sure nothing has changed and it hasn't, everything
is as it should be on my end (Also I bought both games within literally 20 seconds of each other, so I don't see what would have changed within that time frame. As I said the 2nd game is entirely in English).

Now from what I've gathered, I'm not the only one having this issue as I've seen other posts with the same issue. I'm not asking for a refund, nor will I probably get one at this point. What I want is to know how and why this happened, why there was no warning
about this and will ever be fixed. Also before anybody suggests asking the developer/publisher, I thought of that and...well...

..they're blaming microsoft.

Also why doesn't microsoft just release
this to the marketplace to, at the very least appease the people that have been misled, because every gamer on the planet knows we ain't getting no refund.

Yes it is actually just Mass Effect 3 and all the text is in English and the voice overs are exclusively French.

As to setting my region to US, I really don't want to do that unless it's 100% guaranteed to solve the problem and from what I've read up on(mainly on the threads), it doesn't.

I also did in fact buy this on the xbox 360 from the marketplace (I.e. Digital download) and I'm playing it on the 360.

Also, I want to make note that I did inadvertently double post this question. When I tried post this yesterday, it gave me an error saying it "could not post this question at this time". So about a half hour ago I posted again, different wording mind you,
but the same question nonetheless. So everybody can just ignore my second post and just keep this one.(My bad.)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I asked someone to look into it and see what he can find, but it does seem to be a specific region issue to Canada. I understand why one would be confused that the game is only in French and does not have the option to choose between French or English.

Just to confirm is it just Mass Effect 3 and the text is in English but voice over is in French correct?

A possible workaround would be to set your region to US but I don't really recommend doing that since that can affect your services or billing options on your account that could be complicated to correct and it takes 3 months to change your region again.

Did you purchase the game on a Xbox 360 or online from the marketplace? Are you playing on Xbox One or Xbox 360?

Let us know and we'll look into this further.
