    Mass Effect 3 BC help.


    I am having trouble running Mass Effect 3 on my Xbox One. I have installed and reinstalled all content and cannot launch the game. It freezes and goes black after the xbox360 startup. If anyone else has the same problem and/or has a solution, any help
    would be appreciated.

    100 BC Games to be announced!

    Ummm I don't think Mass Effect 2 & 3 won't get BC since both of these games come with more than one disc.

    BC will not work for Kinect games & games that come with 2 or more discs.

    Mass Effect 3 BC help.

    I'm having the same problem. I've tried clearing the xbox 360 storage for ME3 but that didn't help. I haven't tried redownloading everything yet though.

    Having the same problem. Cleared it out and downloaded it again but still getting the same results.

    I think I've figured it out. You need to clear the Xbox 360 saved game data on your XBone. On your XBone go into Settings > System > Storage. Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage" and it will ask you to confirm. The message indicates that it will clear any
    360 save games that are not backed up to the cloud. So beware. After I selected the option on XBone went dark and restarted. Aftwards I was able to launch the game successfully.

    So, does anyone know how to get Mass Effect 3 backwards compat?

    I can confirm (as I have EA ACCESS) that all 3 Mass effect games are on BC. Maybe need a little time to filter into the system.
