    Good day! When you try to download a demo version of the game Vault 2, a warning appears on the console that a download with a rating for this account is not possible. But the demo version of the mass effect 3 is loaded without problems. In family settings
    everything is allowed and the account is configured as an adult. Will the problem disappear if you buy the full version of the game?

    Thank you for reaching out to us with this issue. For the game pass games your would need the Xbox Game Pass and for the EA Access Game Vault, you would need a subscription for that as well. Purchasing the game would give you full access to these games yes.
