Mass Effect 2 - multiple gamertag/profiles

I downloaded Mass Effect 2 with my profile that is an Xbox Live Gold profile. My wife's profile is just a standard profile/gamertag on the same machine. Our lists of "My Games" are identical except for Mass Effect not being shown on her list. Why? I
started her on the first Mass Effect and want her to be able to transition completely from 1 through 3 instead of the Genesis options that aren't helpful when playing a later game.

I've lost interest in the mass effect series

Recently I've been playing through the all the mass effect games but when I got to mass effect 3 I kinda got a little burned out. I picked up the first two mass effect games really late so I didn't my saves ready for mass effect 3. I just started playing
it this week after having it for a couple of months. I've played through thhe i first 2 games multiple times and now when i play them I get bored because I seen everything. something happened to my old profile and i lost my dlc and my saves and i really don't
wanna play through the first 2 games just to see the results in mass effect 3. i really kinda lost interest in playing through the series again.

 

Can't let Mass Effect series go

It's like this I've played Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 multiple times on different profiles so when I heard about Mass Effect 3 I was kinda rushing to get my saves together. Long story short I never got my saves together in time. On my last profile I finally
got to Mass Effect 3 and I enjoyed it for the most part but while playing I was slowly losing interest in playing maybe because I spoiled everything for myself. After I stop playing I picked up Enslaved Odyssey To The West and I really enjoyed it. I also finally
played Bastion even though I've had it for a while. For a while I've been playing the same games over except on different profiles. I'm a big Mass Effect fan but I really don't have the desire to play through the Mass Effect series again. But on the other
hand I won't be able to play future Mass Effect 3 dlcs and have a save file for the next Mass Effect game. I'm thinking about starting fresh with the next Mass Effect game. I'm just so attached to the series its kinda hard to let it go

 

Try doing a license transfer while signed into your profile then redownload ME2.

Don't delete ME2, just redownload it. That way it will only download the license which will take no more than a few seconds.

After doing this your wife should be able to play ME2
