Mass effect 2 dlc scomparsi [Mass effect 2 dlc disappeared]

Ho acquistato i dlc di mass effect 2 e gioco tramite il pacchetto trilogy con retrocompatibilita sulla Xbox one x. Gioco per un pó, spengo, riaccendo e mi dice che non può caricare il salvataggio perché non trova più i dlc. Disinstallo i dlc, gli reinstallo
e mi fa di nuovo giocare. Oggi riaccendo e non me li trova di nuovo. Cosa devo fare? Scaricare e installare i dlc tutte le volte che voglio giocare?

[Translate - I purchased the mass effect 2 dlc and play via the trilogy package with backwards compatibility on the Xbox one x. I play for a while, I turn it off, turn it back on and tells me that it can not load the save because it can not find

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums! I would suggest trying a

Soft Factory Reset if
the DLC for Mass Effect 2 will not work each time you play.

Generally when that happens, it could be the operating system is having some technical difficulties. Otherwise,
it could be an issue with the game itself. If that is the case, then contact the developers or visit their Forums,

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;
in middle column at the top it will say "show on home"
if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

bought all the dlc for mass effect 2 new at full price, well worth every cent. when everything was on sale i bought all the dlc for my brother, shipped him my copy of mass effect 2 and bought another for myself

if you can wait for a sale there should be one soon but either way mass effect 2 dlc is worth every penny

DLC weapons from Mass Effect 2 have been confirmed to be carried over into
Mass Effect 3.
