Mass Effect 2 DLC Not being Available ingame despite being purchased

Not exactly.

Mass Effect Genesis is available as DLC for the XBox 360 as well, it was for those that either didn't play ME1 or didn't want to replay it to get their decisions for ME2. I thought I remembered it being free, but maybe it wasn't. In my history it just says
'already purchased.'

It's very possible that they could eventually do the same for ME3 for people that just want to replay that game with a new character.

Apparently a bunch of ME DLC is no longer available to purchase from the MS Store, here's a link to a forum post that goes in to better detail.

The problem is that this content is available to buy and download although it is not compatible with my version of game :/ This is ridiculous, because Polish XBL put those DLCs on sale! In Mass Effect 2 DLC Arrival and Shadow Broker are not compatible with
Polish version as well, but it is not possible to purchase them ;/

What DLC is included in the Mass Effect Trilogy?

• On PC, Mass Effect will include Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station on disk. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included which features Zaeed – The Price of Revenge, The Firewalker Pack, Cerberus Assault Gear, Arc Projector heavy weapon, and
  Normandy Crash site mission. For Mass Effect 3, Online Pass will be included granting players access to co-op multiplayer
  
  

• On Xbox 360, Bring Down the Sky and Pinnacle Station are not included with Mass Effect, however they are available as stand-alone downloads through Xbox LIVE. For Mass Effect 2, Cerberus Network will be included and Online Pass will be included for Mass

The DLC for Borderlands 1 and 2 and that for all three Mass Effect games is available to all the accounts on my Xbox 360.
