Mass Effect 2 & 3 unavailable in online store

It's been out for four days, and was available yesterday but I just didn't want to deal with downloads at the time. I check the online store today and it's 'Unavailable.' I actually talked to support and they told me nothing. I'm getting really dissatisfied
with the service and support I'm getting lately.

Mass Effect 3 "currently unavailable" in store, do I have to have the disc to play on XBOX One?

I no longer have my Mass Effect 2 & 3 discs so I went to the store to download them so I can play on my XBOX One. XBOX Store keeps showing both titles as "currently unavailable", but Mass Effect 1 is there (I downloaded it already). Do I have to have the
discs to play ME 2 & 3 on XBOX One now that they're backwards compatible?

So maybe it's just a rollout, would make sense as well.

same problem here. mass effect one is available but two and three aren't

 

what is going on with this? why even list these games if they're unavailable, is it some kind of joke?

 

apparently since they are multi disc titles you need the actual disc to run them. just read that elsewhere in the forums. kinda dumb but good to know, they need to clarify this in the store though.
