    Mass Effect 2 &3 Join Backwards Compatibility


    Now you can play the entire Mass Effect Trilogy on Xbox One.

    Now the choices you make in games 1 and 2 still wont count for squat in game 3. And you still get the same crappy ending or an pathetic alternate ending if you decide to download it. But you can do it on current gen console.

    I still cant get over that.

    Happy N7 Day! (BC Update + New Trailer)

    Mass Effect 2 & 3 now BC (disc only, for now). So the entire trilogy can be played on X1 now.

    All 3 Mass effect games are available, backwards compatible, digital downloads on the Xbox 1 store.
    No, they are not. Mass Effect 1 is available, but Mass Effect 2 & 3 are not available. I've heard that they are available if you subscribe to EA Access, but I'm not interested in paying for a subscription with EA.
