    Mass Effect 1 achievements not unlocking


    I am replaying mass effect one on my Xbox one. Achievements have not been unlocking for my entire play through. I was told to post here by Xbox support.

    I lost my Gamerscore

    My account was also cleaned up, only noticed it after unlocking one achievement in Mass Effect 3. It's not letting me download profile, saying there's a problem with credentials.

    Yeah same here noticed i unlocked achievement for mass effect 2 when i checked it was the only 1 unlocked so recovered profile to no avail then booted up mass effect 1 and 2 to see no achievements but the 1 i just unlocked but on xbox.com when i click my
    account and clicck each game my score still there really hope to get my mass effect achievements back

    When I look at the 360 menu, in the storage, all my ME save files read Pending Download
    or something.

    For back compatibility games, saves are synced in a cloud and take a while to be properly synced. Have you tried reinstalling the game? I did this for a broken achievement once and it fixed it.
