    Hello, me any many others have recently experienced the whole server getting hacked and losing all their ranks and titles. When attempting to reconnect to the server is says "your data is from an old version of the game. You must reset your rank and unlocks
    before you can continue." Is there any way you can retrieve my rank from before it got reset? My xbox 360 gamertag is:

    When you first get derank turn off your xbox then go back on it and the derank will not have saved

    Sorry to hear it. As this seems to be an in game issue you'll need to contact the developer for more assistance.

    After talking to a member of your team I have posted both here and on the developer's forums. Hopefully this issue can be sorted as soon as possible as it's affected a lot of people. Thank you for the response.

    this is an email i got after i called activision regaurding my problem ( still unsolved )

    2nd lobby deranked..has he actually been deranked?..if he has he might be telling the truth..why would he go into a deranked lobby..if he hasnt been deranked..tough sh**t lol
