It has been more than 14 days.. Is there a way you can message me the code?

I have this same exact problem, I was supposed to get a code and it has not shown up anywhere

I purchased the Spider-man Homecoming movie on 10-18-2017 from the Xbox movies section. The promotion that was included with the movie was to receive The Superior Spider-man costume dlc for Marvel vs Capcom Infinite within 14days. Unfortunately I have yet
to receive the code. It is currently Nov 7 2017. When and how should I expect to receive this code. It is best to contact me by my yahoo email address on file.

According to the official Terms and Conditions listed on Microsoft Movies and TV

HERE.

"* This offer is valid on preorders and purchases of Spider-Man: Homecoming made on or after July 7, 2017; cannot be transferred or otherwise redeemed for cash. Customer must make qualifying purchase before October 24, 2017 at 11:59 PM PST. Once qualifying

Which day did you purchase the movie? If you're not sure, you can check on
commerce.microsoft.com and click on billing history. It would be roughly 14 days after the purchase date listed there.
