    Marvel Avengers Game Crashes on Load Screen / Can't Get Update


    I just installed the Marvel Avengers game to my Xbox One, and it opens the load image and then crashes-and I'm back at my Xbox Home Screen.

    It looks like I have an older version of the game (1.0.2006.11), but when I go to check for an update, I just get a spinning circle. I left it there for 10 minutes and it was still spinning.

    Any ideas?

    I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the game, with the same issue. Then I did a hard reset on the Xbox and when it came back on the Update showed up

    How do I fix this?

    I tried to open marvels avengers on my xbox one and it gave me an error screen that said "can't open file g:\DURANGO-W\charactermesh_hawkeye_dayoff_body_body_default.drm please help me, I don't know what's going on
