I was kicked offline by Xbox Live because this player MartialRecord5 reported me because he got mad that i had chores so i couldn't play with him so he told me (well **** you too) and then i said reported because i was about to report him when he said what
did i say. I texted him what he said but he tricked me and reported me before i reported him then when i reported him my xbox told me my account has been suspended. Please help

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as you filed a complaint, the enforcement team will investigate him.
