if this continuously occurs then you will need to send your console in for a repair so it can be fixed permanently.

When you push the eject button, does the dish tray pop out by a millimeter or two and makes a noise as if its trying to open? If it does try pushing it back in, then it should pop open like normal immediately. I know it's not really a fix, but yeah..

My console's dish tray occasionally gets stuck like that as well. Also it may retract after a few seconds of being open, so just be quick with the disc changes.
